Weld-less front lifting jigs
MEGATRACTION has designed weld-less lifting jigs for all shovels on the market today, including electric rope or large hydraulic units.
- Available for Boom-On or Boom -Off lifts.
- Available for all shovels models on the market.
- Installed in as little as 1-3 hours using regular equipment in the mine.
- Save up to 3 days of welding time per shovel compared to traditional weld on jigs.
Boom-on lifts
The MEGALIFTER is designed to lift shovels complete with all front attachments in place.
- No need to remove the boom, handle and dipper.
- Save 4-8 hours by not having to remove handle and dipper.
- Save up to 2-3 days by not having to remove boom, depending on boom foot pins.
- Save an equal amount of time by not having to re-install these components.
2-stage lifts
The MEGALIFTER is also compatible with an auxiliary jacking system that enables lifting of the carbody, using the same hydraulic power unit/control.
- Turn-key lifting services/solution.
- Enable safe and efficient work on the undercarriage components in parallel to work done on the upper structure.
